The quality is not really good. As a comparison, the quality of this http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/6871652/Friends.S01.720p.HDTV.x264-TvR is much better.
The link above has also Season 2 and 3, but unfortunately that's it, a shame.

Stating that something is better than something else doesn't mean that it is good itself. This release is released under the name HD, but has a bad quality for a HD.

Based on tv.com & imdb.com with Episodes 17 & 18's description is "A collection of clips from past episodes, past seasons, leading to the final episode."
